1. Production process

Casting process

C92200 copper bushing mainly adopts three methods: sand casting, centrifugal casting and continuous casting. Among them:

Centrifugal casting: tensile strength ≥276 MPa, elongation ≥20%;

Continuous casting: tensile strength ≥303 MPa, elongation ≥18%;

Sand casting: performance is similar to centrifugal casting, tensile strength ≥276 MPa.


After casting, surface treatments such as degreasing and shot blasting are required to improve material density and surface quality.


2. Subsequent processing


Castings need to be machined (such as turning and drilling) to form a semi-finished skeleton;

Some products need vulcanization treatment (combined with rubber) or phosphating outsourcing processing to enhance wear resistance;

During precision processing, attention should be paid to the shrinkage characteristics of copper, and dimensional accuracy should be ensured through secondary correction and cooling processing.
