1. Production process
Casting process
C92200 copper bushing mainly adopts three methods: sand casting, centrifugal casting and continuous casting. Among them:
Centrifugal casting: tensile strength ≥276 MPa, elongation ≥20%;
Continuous casting: tensile strength ≥303 MPa, elongation ≥18%;
Sand casting: performance is similar to centrifugal casting, tensile strength ≥276 MPa.
After casting, surface treatments such as degreasing and shot blasting are required to improve material density and surface quality.
2. Subsequent processing
Castings need to be machined (such as turning and drilling) to form a semi-finished skeleton;
Some products need vulcanization treatment (combined with rubber) or phosphating outsourcing processing to enhance wear resistance;
During precision processing, attention should be paid to the shrinkage characteristics of copper, and dimensional accuracy should be ensured through secondary correction and cooling processing.

Excellent Mechanical Properties
High load-bearing capacity: tensile strength ≥290 MPa, yield strength ≥124 MPa, especially suitable for heavy load and low speed conditions;
High temperature stability: can maintain strength at ≤290℃, suitable for high temperature pressure vessel accessories.
Excellent corrosion resistance
Good corrosion resistance to fresh water and atmospheric environment, and lead element (1.5-2.5%) improves anti-seizure resistance, even without lubrication.
Wear resistance and machinability
Tin (5-6%) and zinc (3-5.5%) form a hard phase, significantly improving wear resistance, and the life is twice that of ordinary bronze;
The lubricating effect of lead makes the machinability rating reach 42, suitable for complex shape processing.
Multifunctional application characteristics
Excellent electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, suitable for parts that need to dissipate heat or conduct electricity;
Structures such as oil tanks and oil filling holes can be processed, which are suitable for mining machinery, ships, valves and other fields.
