1. Production process

Casting process

C95500 copper bushing mainly adopts centrifugal casting technology, which forms a dense metal layer through high-speed rotation, and can produce bushings with an outer diameter of 20-2000mm, ensuring that the internal structure of the product is tight and free of pore defects. In addition, sand casting process can also be used, which is suitable for large castings with a weight of 0.1-4000kg and a maximum outer diameter of 4 meters.


Heat treatment strengthening

The cast C95500 needs to be heat treated to improve performance:


Solution treatment: 870~910°C insulation for 1 hour and then water cooling to eliminate internal stress and improve strength.

Annealing treatment: 620~660°C insulation for 2 hours and air cooling to optimize mechanical properties.

After heat treatment, the tensile strength can reach 760MPa, the yield strength can reach 415MPa, and the hardness can be increased to more than 200HB.

Subsequent processing

Including machining (turning, grinding), surface treatment (degreasing, shot blasting, phosphating) and vulcanization, and finally forming the finished bushing.
