Production process
Melting and casting process
The raw materials are cathode copper and phosphor copper alloy, which are melted at a high temperature of 1200℃ in an industrial frequency furnace.
The horizontal continuous casting technology is used for casting, and then water-cooled to 50℃ to form copper tube billets.
Rolling and drawing
