Production process

Melting and casting process


The raw materials are cathode copper and phosphor copper alloy, which are melted at a high temperature of 1200℃ in an industrial frequency furnace.


The horizontal continuous casting technology is used for casting, and then water-cooled to 50℃ to form copper tube billets.


Rolling and drawing


After the copper tube billets are milled to remove surface defects, they enter the planetary rolling, triple drawing and disc drawing processes to gradually reduce the wall thickness and improve dimensional accuracy.

The stretching process uses a high-speed tandem drawing machine and a floating core head technology to ensure the smoothness and dimensional accuracy of the internal and external surfaces.

Heat treatment and processing
