C27400 copper wire is a brass alloy, the main components of which are copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn), with a chemical composition ratio of Cu 57-60% and Zn 38-42%. This material belongs to low-phosphorus brass, has good electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, and is suitable for a variety of industrial uses, such as electrical connections, mechanical parts and decorations.

Regarding the size range of C27400 copper wire, its diameter can range from very small specifications (such as 0.1 mm) to larger specifications (such as 40 mm) according to different application requirements. In some precision machining fields, the diameter of C27400 copper wire can reach 18 microns to 50 microns, and can even be expanded to larger sizes according to needs. In addition, according to specific uses, its length can also be customized, usually to meet actual needs.


In terms of international standards, the international grade corresponding to C27400 copper wire is CuZn37, and its equivalent standards include ISO, ASTM, EN, etc. For example, the performance requirements of C27400 copper alloy are clearly mentioned in the ASTM B135/B135M-2017 standard. In addition, C27400 copper wire also meets the relevant provisions of the German standard DIN 62 and the Russian standard GOST.


C27400 copper wire is a widely used low-phosphorus brass material, whose size range and international standards cover application requirements from micron to millimeter level, and meet the requirements of multiple international and national standards.
